USING THE CUSTOMER PORTAL
Beware, if you already have a J&J account and you make another one on the customer portal, we will end up with two accounts for you!
Please call 815-239-1558 for password assistance, questions,
or to enroll in a class!
-Find classes that are available, so you can see what fits into your schedule!
-Get logged in by creating an account if you are a new member who has never been to J&J before. If you are a past or current member choose the FORGOT PASSWORD OPTION, so you can make a new password -- do NOT make a new account.
-See your charges, payments, enrollments, and pay your J&J BILL online. You can also register for "camps" such as the Parent's Night Out events, or Gym and Swims.
