A $40 non-refundable deposit towards the party cost is due to secure your party booking.

2. Upon booking your party you will receive the 

SPECIFIC ETIQUETTE SHEET &

PARTY AGREEMENT FORM

OR you may print them by clicking below.

 

 

 

3. J&J Party Invitations come FREE with your party! 

You may pick them up or have them mailed to you!

If you choose to use your own invitations you must add the J&J Waiver with it.

4. Return the GYM PARTY AGREEMENT FORM 
to the J&J main office

7-10 days in advance of the party!
