Tumbling & Trampoline Gym

                   

Tumbling and trampoline are unique and fun sports that build a broad foundation enabling the child to succeed in any other sport.  Because children by nature enjoy being upside down, rolling, jumping and running:  this is the hyper active sport for kids.   Tumbling enhances core, upper and lower body strength, as well as flexibility.  Trampoline teaches spatial awareness, coordination and is a great cardio sport.
